North of Interstate-10 is a blog about events that have had an influence on my life, as well as things I have discovered that interest me. I hope to post a piece about once a month and include some reference to music from my past. Each entry is about two pages in length because of Jeff Goldblum. In 1983, he was in a movie called “The Big Chill” and one of his lines seems to have resonated with me, since I remember it to this day.
